Teen Department

The Teen Department of the Speer Memorial Library welcomes all young adults ages 12-18. Our goal is to promote literacy and interaction among teens by providing a wide range of resources and services. We offer access to public computers, various gaming consoles, a unique collection of young adult fiction and nonfiction, as well as the library’s Graphic Novel and Manga collections. Lastly, we emphasize the importance of unique programming through our Teen Animanga Club and our Teen Korean Culture Club.
